Syracuse’s Sausage Company is located in Ponder, Texas which is in the northwest quadrant of the Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex. The plant includes 120,000 cubic feet of freezer space and has approximately 50,000 square feet of production and offices. We have 70 employees producing up to 200,000 pounds of product per week.

Our product lines consist of high quality Fresh and Cooked sausages and meatball products. Over 80 + recipes, which include: Italian sausage, Andouille sausage, Smoked sausage, Chorizo, Jalapeño sausage, Breakfast sausage, and other fine ethnic, specialty, and custom varieties.
