Sausage Company
In 1980, Joe
Musacchio left Syracuse, New York and came
to Texas with a family recipe for authentic
Italian sausage and a dream of making a
business for himself and his family. Growing
up in Central New York and managing the
original family business, Basilio's Sausage
Co., gave Joe first-hand experience at making
high quality sausage products. Texas, however,
did not have a large market for the type
of Italian style food that Joe brought with
him. The market had to be created. Joe,
founder and President of Syracuse's Italian
Sausage Co., began building his business
from the ground up.
In the 90's
Syracuse listened to its customers and has
responded with an expanded line of high
quality sausage products including Smoked
sausage, Breakfast sausage, Wisconsin style
Bratwurst, Chorizo, and Andouille to name
a few.
We take great pride in what
we do at Syracuse's and would like to thank
