It’s the story of an Italian American family from New York. After growing up on homemade sausage and meatballs, Joe Musacchio went to work for his uncle Paul’s Italian sausage company in Syracuse, New York. That’s where our name comes from. But there’s more to our story that makes us unique among sausage brands.
